Introduction

InovAnalytics is happy to share our refunds policy which outlines the procedures for requesting and processing refunds in relation to payments made on our web platform. Our refund procedure is easy and quick as long as the customer is eligible for a refund as outlined in the following section.

Incorrect Payment:

Inovanalytics will refund a customer if a payment is made in error due to a technical glitch on our website, a full refund will be issued to the affected customer upon verification that a refund should be processed.

Duplicate Payment:

Inovanalytics will issue a refund if a duplicate payment is made accidentally e.g charging a customer twice for the same transaction due to a system error. In this case Inovanalytics will initiate a full refund procedure for the duplicate amount once the transaction is confirmed.

Non-Delivery of Service:

Inovanalytics will refund a customer if a paid service is not delivered within the specified timeframe due to our error. In our case the non delivery of service will entail our system failure to provide our online survey and analytics services as per our terms of service. This failure of service delivery on our part will trigger a full refund to the affected customer.

Refund Request Process

Contact Customer Support:

If the affected customer intends to initiate a refund request, they should contact our customer service/support team via email at [email protected] within 7 days of the payment date. Our support team will respond to the affected client within 24 hours and initiate the refunds procedure upon verification.

Provide Details:

Each time when a customer contacts the customer support team for a refund at Inovanalytics, they should provide order number, payment method, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. Providing all the needed details will enable the refunds process to be quick and easy.

Refund Processing Time

Verification Period:

Inovanalytics will review a customer refund request and may require additional information to verify the details of the affected payment.

Refund Issuance:

Once the customer request is approved e.g after all payment transaction information has been submitted and the support team has confirmed that a refund is justified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Non-refundable Charges:

Fraudulent Activity:
